What is your most important business-technology initiative?

Strategy Solutions

Strategy Formation - Often we meet executives who have done a reasonable job in documenting their company’s high-level business strategies. This is a great starting point to a service provider engagement. However, completing this exercise for many executives is a function of two extremes.

On one extreme is the approach that conceives the strategy from a purely business-centric point of view. This approach favors the end state primarily and considers the methods (technology tools in particular) very little in the plan. The other extreme is the executive who is somewhat savvy technically. The latter is likely to have made assumptions (possibly unknowingly) in their strategy that rely heavily on technology.

We can support either scenario and provide valuable services that support the business vision with an enabling technology strategy. The technology strategy's singular purpose is to help deliver on the promises of the tech-savvy executive in the latter scenario above. Or preferably, to advise and inform the business visionary of the technical landscape prior to making strategic promises in the former scenario above. We have deep experience in both roles.
